Chelsea R. Pistone is a Family Law Attorney with Irwin & Irwin, LLP. She was born and raised in Northern California, but pursued the entirety of her undergraduate and legal education in Southern California. Ms. Pistone is a graduate of California Lutheran University (CLU), where she obtained a Bachelors of Arts degree in Philosophy and Minor in Legal Studies.
Ms. Pistone earned her Juris Doctor in Law from San Diego School of Law (USD), and graduated with a concentration in Criminal Litigation, an achievement one can only receive by fulfilling mandatory course requirements and obtaining and maintaining a higher grade-point average. During Ms. Pistone’s tenure at CLU and USD, she worked for prominent Family Law firms, clerked for a Judge at the Orange County Superior Court, and also clerked for the Orange County District Attorney’s Office.
While in law school, Ms. Pistone was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Honors Society, Criminal Law Society, and Women’s Law Caucus Society. She was also an Associate and Executive Board member for USD’s Moot Court program, where she became a national competitor and the Executive Board’s Vice Chair of National Teams. While serving as the Vice Chair, Ms. Pistone assisted with coordinating all national tournaments for the other national moot court competitors at USD, as well as competing in the American Bar Association National Tournament in San Francisco, California.
Ms. Pistone is a member of the California State Bar and also the Orange County Bar Association (OCBA). She is also a member of the Family Law Sections of the OCBA and the State Bar, as well as a member of the Young Lawyers Division of the OCBA. Ms. Pistone has been admitted to practice law before the California Bar. She limits her practice exclusively to Family Law matters and currently accepts cases in Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino and Los Angeles Counties.
