This year marks 15 years since we opened Irwin & Irwin in 2011.
Reaching this milestone gives us a chance to look back on how the firm began, the people we have worked with, and the families who have trusted us during some of the most difficult periods of their lives.
How Irwin & Irwin Began
We founded Irwin & Irwin with a clear goal: to help people understand the family law process and make thoughtful decisions about what comes next.
Family law cases are personal. A divorce can affect where someone lives, how time with children is divided, how bills are paid, and what life may look like after the case is over. Custody and support disputes can create stress that reaches into every part of daily life.
From the beginning, we wanted our clients to receive clear explanations, careful preparation, and direct communication.
That approach still guides our work today.
Fifteen Years of Family Law
Irwin & Irwin practices exclusively family law. We help clients with divorce, minors counsel matters, child custody, child support, spousal support, property division, restraining orders, post-judgment changes, move-away requests, and other family law concerns.
Each case is different.
Some clients come to us before anything has been filed. Others contact us after receiving court papers or when an existing order no longer works for their family. Some cases require immediate attention. Others benefit from careful planning before the next step is taken.
Our role is to help clients understand their options, prepare for the legal process, and decide how they want to move forward.
A Firm Built by Mark and Kelly Irwin
We have managed Irwin & Irwin together since the firm opened.
Mark’s background as a former police officer can provide added perspective in cases involving restraining orders, police reports, child safety concerns, or allegations that may affect custody.
Kelly has helped shape the firm’s approach to client service and day-to-day management. Together, we have worked to build a law firm that treats each matter with care and understands how much may be at stake for the people involved.
