Jaquelina “Jackie” Uberin is an Attorney at IRWIN & IRWIN, representing clients in marital dissolution, custody & visitation, parentage, domestic violence restraining orders, and other Family Law matters involving both financial and emotional complexity. Ms. Uberin has completed the National Family Law Trial Institute (NFLTI) — an advanced-level intensive training program for experienced attorneys committed to mastering the art of Family Law litigation. Jackie has also completed the NFLTI Advanced Child Custody course, as well as the Advanced Business Valuation course. Jackie is one of few attorneys who can claim this distinction.
Prior to joining IRWIN & IRWIN, Ms. Uberin exclusively practiced Family Law, where she gained extensive courtroom experience. Jackie is known for her straightforward litigation strategy, rigorous case preparation, and her ability to resolve high-conflict matters while keeping her clients focused and protected.
Jackie earned her Juris Doctor degree from Western State College of Law, graduating Cum Laude and earning a Family Law Practice Certificate. During law school she was a member of the Honors Moot Court Team, President of the Family Law Association, and President of the Latino Student Bar Association. Jackie received her undergraduate degree from Chapman University, graduating with a major in Psychology.
